Our firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Paralegal to join our team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our team of esteemed lawyers on a variety of legal cases, primarily focusing on personal injury and family law.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to our legal team's success by providing high-quality legal support, conducting research, and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal assistance under the supervision of attorneys, including drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
Conduct legal research and factual investigation to assist in case preparation.
Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, and coordinating with expert witnesses.
Manage communication with clients, court personnel, and other professionals.
Maintain an organized case file system and monitor case calendars.
Coordinate and attend meetings, hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
Prepare and file court documents accurately and timely.
Assist in the preparation of legal arguments, applications, declarations, and motions.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and protocols.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in personal injury and family law.
A Paralegal certification or equivalent is required.
Strong knowledge of legal research databases and legal bibliographies.
Proficiency in using legal technology and software for document management.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with state and federal court rules and procedures.
