Summary:
The Program Associate is an administrative assistant or receptionist that provides a variety of routine clerical functions within a behavioral health outpatient office setting.
Scheduled Hours:
Work hours will vary to include some evening and Saturday hours; Hours of operation:
M-F 8:
30A-7:

Duties and
Responsibilities:
Works in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking, excellent customer service & interpersonal skills to greet clients & visitors promptly and courteously.
Work duties also include:
Answering phones Scheduling appointments Verifying insurance and collecting copays Data entry Scanning/downloading info into the ECR Handling client questions and concerns Attends agency meetings and completes required trainings Other duties as assigned Minimum
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and 1yr of general office or administrative experience Preferred
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience working in a medical/behavioral health setting Outgoing, engaging and personable communication skills Experience working in a medical or behavioral health office Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel Highly organized and detail oriented keywords:
customer service, administrative assistant, secretary.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
