This is a tip based job with a higher hourly rate.
30-40 hours a week and need to be available Tue-Thur and Sat/Sun.

Responsibilities:
Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service.
Must be willing to train employees to facilitate quick acclimation.
Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times.
Setting regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels.
Creating schedules for all kitchen staff Requirements:
Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager preferred.
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment.
Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
Conflict management abilities.
