Services include full barista bar, grab & go meals & snacks, unique variety of sandwiches, paninis, fresh pastries, desserts, take home meals, and catering.

Experience in food service is preferred, and previous barista experience would be a bonus.
The barista position requires a friendly and customer-centered attitude, willingness to cross-train and learn multiple roles, and work efficiently to serve guests with a smile.
The baristas have a variety of available shifts from 5am through 8pm.
The bistro hours will be Monday-Friday 6am - 7pm and Saturdays 8 am - 2pm.
Barista openers will arrive an hour before open and closers stay until closing duties are complete, about an hour past close expected.
We have full time and part time positions available, working 16-40 hours per week.
Baristas will report to the owner, who will serve as the operations manager until a lead barista or shift manager candidate is identified and fully trained.
Baristas will start at $9/hour plus tips, increased hourly wage negotiable with proper prior experience.
There is no reason to expect to make less than $15-$20 per hour including hourly wage and tips.
With this new and fast-growing company, there will be opportunities for promotion and growth within the company.
The perfect candidate for us will prioritize the customer experience in all areas from the appearance of the dining area, the organization and stock of the coolers, speed in which orders are complete, down to the details of properly packaging mobile orders and maintaining a clean, stocked restroom.
Baristas who excell in this position will quickly have the opportunity to advance to lead barista or shift manager position, which includes increased hourly pay and a guarantee of minimum work hours available per week.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers - Light food-service duties, including warming station and operating panini press - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly - Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory as needed - Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service preferred - Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations - Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Job Types:
