The Team:


The TJX Distribution Centers are the hubs of our worldwide logistics operation. Our DC Leadership Teams are comprised of entrepreneurial problem solvers who are responsible for millions of units in inventory, developing creative plans to optimize the flow of merchandise, and above all, engaging and inspiring their teams. Being a Fortune 100 company and the leading off-price retailer of apparel and home fashions in the U.S. and worldwide, it is essential that our Distribution Centers are running efficiently and effectively to fuel our growing multi-billion dollar businesses.

The Opportunity:


The Distribution Operations Leadership Pathway provides the opportunity to develop skills and gain the exposure needed to grow a successful career as a leader in the global Distribution Network at TJX. Through this career path, you will begin the journey as an Associate Distribution Supervisor and work towards leading a team on the warehouse floor. To aid your career growth, you will receive guidance and mentorship designed to set you up for success in your role today and prepare you to grow your career within distribution and TJX tomorrow. ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ 


After an in-depth and guided training, the activity you will be responsible for and involved in may include but is not limited to:¬ 



  • Develop and coordinate daily activities of approx. 20-40 associates; inspiring and motivating your team to achieve desired results in productivity, teamwork, safety, quality, and personal development

  • Review and analyze KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) in a timely manner to ensure meaningful data is reported both internal and externally

  • Maintain level of service requirements and engineering standards throughout the process, from our vendors and home office planning associates to our Distribution Center and our stores

  • Collaborate across departments to drive optimal productivity

  • Foster an environment in which diverse backgrounds are respected and valued

  • Manage a safe workplace by advocating safety training and ensuring accident preparedness

  • Own and drive your personal growth and development by leveraging tools, resources, and relationships with other distribution leaders

Specifically, we're looking for:



  • Graduating Seniors from a 4 year degree program

    • Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations majors preferred but not required


  • Strong analytical thinking and complex problem-solving skills

  • Proven leadership, team collaboration and strong communication skills

  • The confidence and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • An entrepreneurial drive and business acumen

  • Ability to have direct, candid and productive conversations around performance

  • Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts dependent on business needs

  • Ability and willingness to relocate

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
