Responsibilities:

Our distribution center is comprised of individuals who solve problems and share a common set of values, such as being nimble and adapting quickly to the marketplace. These values are paramount in delivering quality to our customers.

  • Demonstrate your leadership skills by training and managing a team of 15- 30 Associates in a high-volume distribution environment.

  • Inspire and foster a work environment where diverse backgrounds are respected and valued.

  • Review and analyze KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in a timely manner to ensure meaningful data is reported both internally and externally in partnership with Human Resources.

  • Anticipate manpower needed to ensure workload demands are established to execute productivity.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in Supply Chain Management is always a plus.

  • Shift flexibility

  • 3-5 years of Supervisor/Manager experience is required, but not necessarily in a DC or Fulfillment Center. If you are an effective leader- we want to talk with you!

  • Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency¬ in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Willing to exhibit dedication towards helping peers succeed.

  • Demonstrated willingness to train and mentor employees.

  • Excellence in key areas of management such as relationship management, quality management, risk management, and staff direction.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
